SALIENT FEATURES

• Material contact points are made up of SS316 / SS304 as per customer needs.
• Main mixer will be of semi contra type, gate type or contra rotary type
• Anchor for the main mixer and high speed emulsifier are provided with suitable Mechanical seal to ensure adequate vacuum for the process
• Facilitated with bottom mounted inline high speed emulsifier
• All the vessels are jacketed and insulated
• Online digital temperature measurement for the product and jacket of all the vessels is provided
• Agitators are provided with variable frequency drive to facilitate desired mixing speed (Optional).
• Material transfer between the vessels happens through vacuum.
• Suitable filtration system is provided in transfer lines
• The plant is GMP compatible
• The Pilot plant delivers 99.5% process accuracy which will be helpful during process validation and scaling up for regular production
• Working platform is provided as an optional attachment
• Required nozzles are provided in the vessel and jackets for vacuum, steam, cooling & chilling water application.
• Pre dispatch pressure test ensures vessel safety and statutory compliance.
• Vessel is provided with safety valves, vacuum gauge etc.,
